A:We are currently serving the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago area. For a more detailed list
see Delivery Areas on Home Page & Birthday Page. If you don't see your area call us for

| Q: Are reservations required? |
A: Reservations are not required however, making a reservation will save time after your
baby is born because we will already have most of your information on file. After you
place your reservation just give us a call with your baby's information the day before he
or she is scheduled to come home from the hospital. If you do not make a
reservation, it is recommended that orders be placed at least 24 hours before stork
delivery. |

| Q: When should I make a reservation? |
A: Reservations can be made any time before your baby's due date. Reservations can

| Q: When is payment due for a stork rental? |
A: Payment may be made by cash, check or charge (Visa or Master Card), and is due at the
beginning of rental period. Call for current prices

| Q: When should I call to schedule a delivery? |
A: You should call us at least a day before your baby is scheduled to arrive home from the
hospital. This will give us time to professionally letter the Star Keepsake with your
baby's information. Our hours of operation are from 7:00
am to 11:00 pm, seven days a week. Same day Stork rentals may be
possible depending on your area, call us for more details. |

| Q: Can I order a stork birth announcement package for
someone else? |
A: To order a stork to be delivered to new parents, please call us at (847)426-8746. Orders are recommended to be placed
24 hours in advance, same day deliveries are possible but not guaranteed. We will need to
know your name, address and phone number as well as the new parents' names and address
& directions. We will also need the baby's first and middle names, weight, length and
birth date. A gift card with your personal message is included and will be delivered to
the new parents when the stork is set up. You will be billed for the stork rental at the
time of delivery. |

| Q: "What is the advantage of having a Star
Keepsake? |
A: Unlike the baby bundle keepsake the Star Keepsake (featuring your baby's name, weight,
birthdate), is appropriate for a nursery as well as a child's room. When your child is old
enough for a more "grown up" room, the Star Keepsake will be a wonderful
addition to your child's room. |

| Q: What else do you have, besides storks? |
A: As of Oct 14 Birthday Yard Signs
& Special Occasion lawn signs will be added to our services. They
include flamingos and cows along with a sign featuring your personal message. Check back
often, because we're adding new items all the time! |
